Hyatt Place Austin / Lake Travis / Four Points

Clean rooms, great staff attitude towards customers, ability to accommodate early arrival/departure, along with the standard breakfast fare for a good price. The hotel sits at "4 Points" intersection of FM620 and FM2222 -Lake Travis and the Hill Country adjoin the property. Others on this thread have noted egress onto 620 in the morning especially to Northbound can be difficult. Use the Bullock Hollow exit - except at peak rush hour the left out to 620 is fine. We did experience some hot-rodder / traffic noise, but far less than we did at properties near The Domiane, Mopar, or Loop 360

Everything good and what is too be expected from a hotel. Good service, clean, good breakfast. Only reason that I did not give five stars on the room is that the water pressure in the shower was low and the shower head sprayed water in every direction except the direction it was supposed to and the AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat.

We had a great stay and found the room very clean and comfortable. We ran across several different employees and everyone was very friendly and accommodating, customer service was great . Breakfast has plenty of variety to accommodate many different tastes.

We Spent 2 nights here, went to Waco for 1 night and back here for another night. This hotel is much cleaner and more well kept than the Waco hotel. Our room on the 2nd stay was very spacious and clean. The first 2 nights our room needed some maintenance in terms of making it look fresh. (Caulking, carpet, wall scuffs etc) They don’t make hotels well built anymore. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything above you. Also, the corporate design team failed with the frosted glass bathroom doors. Terrible for waking up in the middle of the night to try and go to the bathroom while the kids sleep. The light beams through the doors and lights up the whole room. Breakfast was served fresh every morning with a good variety. Late checkout was a life saver.

Booked this hotel last minute coming from an event a Hill Country Bible Church. Decided to stay instead of driving back to San Antonio. It is on the outskirts of but it was nice for a quick stay. The hotel was extremely clean and our last minute booked room was exceptionally cleaned. Just want to give a shoutout to Gerald at the front desk. We came in around 10:30 pm and Gerald was a one man show. Running the front desk, cleaning up and managing the bar. Gerald got us checked in, made us a few night cap drinks and we headed to our rooms. When we woke early around 8 am Gerald was there again. He said he got there around 6 am to help set up breakfast. Please take care of Gerald because he is definitely taking care of business at the Hyatt. It was a wonderful stay!

Great property. We've stayed here a number of times and know that we can count on this hotel to be up to Hyatt standards as well as our own. The property is clean and the service great. Gerald greeted us warmly when we arrived on Christmas Eve and engaged in a very jovial conversation. Great front man! Blackout shades worked well; total darkness guaranteed. Breakfast on Christmas morning was worth the stop.

Really liked the quiet stay here at the Lake Travis location! The area is nice with an HEB directly across the way, and choices to dine within proximity! Prepare for most eateries to close around 9-10pm. Breakfast is nice with options, especially the TEXAS shaped waffle maker! The room was located in a quiet area of building, however, I apologize that I have to mention, as room felt I needed to definitely retouch with a cleaning! It's strange to find hair left behind in bathroom and shower! Perhaps the floor may or may not have been mopped, but nevertheless, my stay was short! Always wonderful to report I encountered some of the most kindest Front Desk Representatives the Hyatt Brand is known for! Special kudos to Constance for your last minute assistance. I appreciate the communication with Alex the day of check out as well - Keep up the great work representing the Brandl!!

Not to bad- stayed for 2 nights- was pretty active as far as people coming and going. Could not hear anyone as we slept- had a joining room but it was secured- water pressure was not to good- no microwave, but that was okay- mini fridge and single serving coffee maker- appreciate the extras, like shampoo,conditioner,body wash. Also Gerald was a vibrant and energetic gentleman. He is making a deference.
